What if your parents say you can't go veggie?
Any advice? Have you dealt with this - as a parent, as well as a young person?

my parents said i cant but i didnt listen to them. i just couldnt be a meat eater. i know it doesnt sound like the nicest of things to do but just ignore them. they cant make you eat meat. if they knew what was good for you they would see that you need some protein and realise that you have won.
