- Been vegan for around a year now. Vegetarian for 25 years.. but sometimes ate fish mistakenly worried that I needed it nutritionally. Becoming vegan was the best thing I ever did.. Having always been compassionate about animal rights I now find I have a much deeper connection with them. It is such a joy to be able to share the planet with all animals without that uncomfortable feeling of guilt niggling away.. I can recommend becoming Vegan to anyone and know they will never regret it..
